About Me
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens within a safe, supportive relationship. Counselling offers a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you are carrying — without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
I support those experiencing a range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, stress, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, motherhood, identity, grief, chronic illness, life transitions, and feeling disconnected from themselves.
My approach is gentle, relational and collaborative. This means we work together at your pace, exploring what feels important to you and making space for the parts of your story that may not often be spoken aloud.
I hold a BSc in Psychology with Counselling and have trained in therapeutic counselling through the CPCAB. I work ethically, with regular clinical supervision, appropriate insurance and ongoing professional development.
I am registered with the BACP and work in line with their ethical framework for safe, respectful and professional practice.
Alongside my counselling work, I also run The Self Care Hour, a wellbeing space offering gentle workshops, reflection, creativity and connection.
